Life of Praise
if you are there and remember click the link in the title of song for YouTube
I will love You, Lord always
Not just for the things You've done for me
And I will praise You all my days
Not just for the change You've made in me
I'll praise you for You are holy, Lord
And I'll lift my hands, but You are worthy of so much more
Chorus:
For You are awesome, God of the Nations,
Lion of Judah, Rock of the Ages, Alpha, Omega
You're worthy of all praise
More that these hands I'll raise
I'll live a life of praise
I will serve You Lord, always for You are my strength
When I am weak
I will never be afraid for You are my rock and You protect me
But I'll praise You for You are holy, Lord
And I'll lift my hands, but You are worthy of so much more
Enough said AMEN!!!

Still Trusting or Am I?
Phil 4:9
Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me-put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
which lead me to my life verse of ole:
prov 3:5-7
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
Pro 3:6 in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Pro 3:7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil.
Which in turn lead me to using Trust for title, same as last blog i believe. But wait.... hesitation overwhelmed me...then the word Still Trusting..... No that's not right either......Am I Not Trusting Him to my fullest capacity? Ouch....
I must meditate on these verses for a while....How about You? Dare You to Move......Trust

My NEW thoughts on Life
II Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
2Pe 1:4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
2Pe 1:5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge;
2Pe 1:6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
2Pe 1:7 and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love.
2Pe 1:8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2Pe 1:9 But if anyone does not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins.
2Pe 1:10 Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall,
2Pe 1:11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
2Pe 1:12 So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.
2Pe 1:13 I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I live in the tent of this body,
2Pe 1:14 because I know that I will soon put it aside, as our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.
AMEN
Praise Him for He has been so good to US. I have countless blessing to offer my thanksgiving to daily. How about you? Praise the Lord and Fill your being with His Love and Glory.

Trust
Hey anybody out there? Just got back from a wonderful time with friends camping. Every evening we had time of worship and fellowship. very heart warming to see the youth group make "God" commercials, sing Praises to Our King, and Play and have fun!! my youngest even joined in with guitar on one song! Games, late nights or was it early morning? new friendships and lots of food and pool activities.
when i came to blog the first word that came in was trust so let's go to His Word and see what Trust is all about....
Numbers 20:12
But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, "Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them."
well this reminded me of the "unloved" no the "unknowing" who drove their children by us to shout out rude things as we Praised the Lord. Someone behind me said, "they should be slapped." I thought no we need to pray for them.
Psalm 9:10
Those who know Your Name will Trust in You, for You, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek You.
This is what i know of Trust! and of HIM my Creator, Provider and King of Kings!
So not much here but instead of looking and not writing I read thought and wrote. The devotion that i can muster at this time :) Love You Lord!

To ALL:
I was asked recently by several friends why I stopped sending weekly devotions. Before I could answer any of them. The same comment was echoed time and time again. "They we so meaningful".
It is my hope in Christ that you will be blessed by the weekly devotions. If for any reason you do not want to receive them please let me know and I will remove your name from the e-mail list. If you know of any one that would be blessed by them please forward me their e-mail address.

Hopeful Praise
Read: Psalm 103:1-14
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits. --Psalm 103:2
One of my friends was in tears on a beautiful summer day, unable to deal with life’s difficulties. Another could not look beyond the life-altering sadnesses of her past. Still another struggled with the closing of the small church he had pastored faithfully. A fourth friend had lost his job at a local ministry.
What can our struggling friends--or any of us--do to find hope? Where do we turn when tomorrow offers no happy promises?
We can praise or “bless” the Lord, as David said in Psalm 103. In the middle of trouble, acknowledging God’s role in our lives can redirect our thinking from the hurts of our hearts and force us to dwell instead on the greatness of our God. David knew trouble. He faced the threat of enemies, the consequences of his own sin, and the challenges of sorrow. Yet he also recognized the healing power of praise.
That’s why in Psalm 103 he can list reasons to turn our attention to God, who gives us many benefits: He forgives us, heals us, redeems us, crowns us with love and compassion, satisfies our desires, and renews us. David reminds us that God provides justice and righteousness, and He is gracious and loving.
Take it from David: Praising God’s greatness puts hope in our troubled hearts. --Dave Branon
Praise, my soul, the King of heaven,
To His feet thy tribute bring;
Ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven,
Evermore His praises sing! --Lyte
Praise can lighten your heaviest burden.

FORNICATION
oH FATHER GOD, LET ME ALWAYS HEAR YOUR WORD! I have read Jesus' word in John 8 and i say unto You Heavenly Father to stand by me when i am weak and give me strength to always do what is right. I pray Father for the wisdom of Your SON Jesus to be strong in me as a parent and to do what is right before the children that you have blessed upon me. Lord please speak to them too, let them hear Your Word and Know what is Your Will. Let not the sin of Fornication separate us from you oh GOD. Let Your Will be Done; As i continue to want what i get for I stand in YOU! You are in Control and I am at Your Feet.
Jhn 8:32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
Jhn 8:33 They answered Him, "We are Abraham's descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How [can] You say, 'You will be made free'?"
Jhn 8:34 Jesus answered them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin.
Jhn 8:35 And a slave does not abide in the house forever, [but] a son abides forever.
Jhn 8:36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
Jhn 8:37 "I know that you are Abraham's descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you.
Jhn 8:38 I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with [fn] your father."
Jhn 8:39 They answered and said to Him, "Abraham is our father." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham.
Jhn 8:40 But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this.
Jhn 8:41 You do the deeds of your father." Then they said to Him, "We were not born of fornication; we have one Father--God."
Jhn 8:42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.
Jhn 8:43 Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word.
Jhn 8:44 You are of [your] father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own [resources], for he is a liar and the father of it.
Jhn 8:45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me.
Jhn 8:46 Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me?
Jhn 8:47 He who is of God hears God's words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God."
Jhn 8:48 Then the Jews answered and said to Him, "Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?"
Jhn 8:49 Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me.

for·ni·ca·tion (fôr'nĭ-kā'shən)
n. Sexual intercourse between partners who are not married to each other.
Word History: The word fornication had a lowly beginning suitable to what has long been the low moral status of the act to which it refers. The Latin word fornix, from which fornicātiō, the ancestor of fornication, is derived, meant "a vault, an arch." The term also referred to a vaulted cellar or similar place where prostitutes plied their trade. This sense of fornix in Late Latin yielded the verb fornicārī, "to commit fornication," from which is derived fornicātiō, "whoredom, fornication." Our word is first recorded in Middle English about 1303.

fornication
c.1300, from O.Fr. fornication, from L.L. fornicationem (nom. fornicatio), from fornicari "fornicate," from L. fornix (gen. fornicis) "brothel," originally "arch, vaulted chamber" (Roman prostitutes commonly solicited from under the arches of certain buildings), from fornus "oven of arched or domed shape." Strictly, "voluntary sex between an unmarried man and an unmarried woman;" extended in the Bible to adultery.

Fornication
in every form of it was sternly condemned by the Mosaic law (Lev. 21:9; 19:29; Deut. 22:20, 21, 23-29; 23:18; Ex. 22:16). (See ADULTERY.) But this word is more frequently used in a symbolical than in its ordinary sense. It frequently means a forsaking of God or a following after idols (Isa. 1:2; Jer. 2:20; Ezek. 16; Hos. 1:2; 2:1-5; Jer. 3:8,9).

c.1300, from O.Fr. fornication, from L.L. fornicationem (nom. fornicatio), from fornicari "fornicate," from L. fornix (gen. fornicis) "brothel," originally "arch, vaulted chamber" (Roman prostitutes commonly solicited from under the arches of certain buildings), from fornus "oven of arched or domed shape." Strictly, "voluntary sex between an unmarried man and an unmarried woman;" extended in the Bible to adultery.

Fornication
in every form of it was sternly condemned by the Mosaic law (Lev. 3:8,9).
Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary
Jhn 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
Jhn 8:49 Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me.
isiah 23:17 And it shall be, at the end of seventy years, that the LORD will deal with Tyre. She will return to her hire, and commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world on the face of the earth.
Jhn 8:41 You do the deeds of your father." Then they said to Him, "We were not born of fornication; we have one Father--God."

Commit vs Committed
WOW i didn't know this word was SO BIG.....Or DID I? I was invited to a Disciple class with friends. The invitation was a general invitation to many i am sure. Within the content of the invitation read, "only for those that are committed to HEAR THE WORD and then be DOERS OF THE WORD." ............…
So I thought the word Committed and Doers together scared me! I am commanded to be a doer and feel like a failure because i am not "Comfortable" spreading the gospel as a "Disciple" although i have some of the words in my heart not many stay in my memory. Although I AM Not Afraid to acknowledge HIM for ALL HE Does in me and my life; I have fear of the world and those in it that my challenge me or my faith.
SO what does it mean to commit - 8 dictionary results (i think more than 8 don't count too many) AND Is there a difference to be Committed? Let's e Honest there is too much reading below for me to read and analyse in one setting, not to mention it's time to get ready for work, that is NOT being a DOER is it? See my dilemma?
I made it down to Usage i commented and Bolded some thoughts :)

I surrender!
Well the daily devotions, promises, and day by grace just don't hit with that Bang today. I will pray for the spirit to direct me to a verse that will instill HIS Power and Will into my life this day.
Father I ask you to Bless me with Your Filling of the Holy Spirit this day. That Your Will be done in my life, that i may want what i get for I Know that I am in YOUR WILL which is perfect and all powerful! I surrender to the King!
Let the Worshippers Arise ~ Phillips Craig and Dean
Father I see that you are drawing a line in the sand
And I want to be standing on your side, holding your hand
So let your kingdom come, let it live in me
This is my prayer, this is my plea
Father I see that you are drawing a line in the sand
And I want to be standing on your side, holding your hand
So let your kingdom come, let it live in me
This is my prayer, this is my plea
[Chorus:]
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Father I hear it growing louder
The song of your redeemed
As the saints of every nation
Are awakening to sing
From our hearts there comes an anthem
Oh, hear the heavens ring
This is our song, a song to our King!
[Chorus:] [3x]
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Instead he gave me a song, a prayer, my plead :)
Make it a Great Day! God is on the Throne and He Is All Powerful and He Loves You!
Praise HIM for He is Good All the Time! He is GOD Alone.

Father I see that you are drawing a line in the sand
And I want to be standing on your side, holding your hand
So let your kingdom come, let it live in me
This is my prayer, this is my plea
Father I see that you are drawing a line in the sand
And I want to be standing on your side, holding your hand
So let your kingdom come, let it live in me
This is my prayer, this is my plea
[Chorus:]
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Father I hear it growing louder
The song of your redeemed
As the saints of every nation
Are awakening to sing
From our hearts there comes an anthem
Oh, hear the heavens ring
This is our song, a song to our King!
[Chorus:] [3x]
Let the worshippers arise
Let the sons and the daughters sing
I surrender in my all
I surrender to the King
Instead he gave me a song, a prayer, my plead :)
Make it a Great Day! God is on the Throne and He Is All Powerful and He Loves You!
Praise HIM for He is Good All the Time! He is GOD Alone.

The Miracle of Our Ministry
For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 4:6)
As new covenant servants, we proclaim "the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ" (2 Corinthians 4:4). While holding forth this magnificent message, we earnestly pray that God will prepare darkened hearts to embrace the redeeming light of His grace. Each person who responds will experience a miracle more distinct than when light first shined into the darkness of creation.
On the first day of creation, the earth was in darkness. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep" (Genesis 1:1-2). The Lord spoke light into existence in that darkness. "Then God said, 'Let there be light'; and there was light" (Genesis 1:3). By the word of His mouth, He caused light to shine where there had been none. What a majestic miracle!
When Jesus came to this world, light was penetrating darkness. "The people who sat in darkness saw a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death light has dawned" (Matthew 4:16). When the light of the gospel of grace is proclaimed, it is shining upon spiritually darkened hearts. "Although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened" (Romans 1:21). When darkened hearts respond to that light, they are given new life. "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life" (John 8:12).
This is what has happened to those of us who follow Christ. The God of creation, who spoke forth physical light into physical darkness, has spoken forth spiritual light into our spiritual darkness. "For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness who has shone in our hearts." This light was shining through the gospel. This good news of God's grace painted a portrait of the Lord Jesus Christ. In that portrait of words, we saw the glory of God and His great salvation. We saw by faith "the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." Now, we are called to proclaim this gospel of grace, that others also may come out of darkness into His splendid light. "You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light" (1 Peter 2:9).
Dear Lord of light, I praise You for bringing me out of darkness into Your gracious light. Grant me grace to proclaim Your excellencies. Shine Your light into the hearts I hope to reach. Grant them the miracle of new birth, in Jesus' name, Amen.

you should see the stars tonight
how they shimmer shine so bright
against the black they look so white
comin down from such a height
to reach me now, reach me now
you should see the moon in the flight
cuttin cross the misty night
softly dancin in sunshine
reflections of this light
reach me now, you reach me now
and how could such a thing
shine its light on me
and make everything beautiful again
and you should feel the sun in the spring
comin out after a rain
suddenly all is green
sunshine on everything
i can feel it now, i feel you now
and how could such a thing
shine its light on me
and make everything beautiful
and you should hear the angels sing
all gathered round their king
more beautiful than you could dream
i've been quietly listening
you can hear 'em now, i hear em now
and how could such a king
shine His light on me
and make everything beautiful
and i wanna shine
i wanna be light
i wanna tell you it'll be alright
and i wanna shine and i wanna fly
just to tell you now
it'll be alright, it'll be alright
it'll be alright.
cus i got nothing of my own to give to you
but this light that shines on me shines on you
and makes everything beautiful, again.

Because I'm Forgiven
Day By Day By Grace Bob Hoekstra May 15th
A Ministry of Mercy and Grace
Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. (2 Corinthians 4:1)
In addition to heavenly liberty, God desires to mark our lives with other spiritual characteristics. One of these is the godly encouragement that comes from living and serving under a ministry of mercy and grace.
The service we now render to the Lord is based upon mercy: "since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy." We deserved condemnation by God and separation from Him for eternity. Instead, God had mercy upon us, forgiving us our sins. "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us" (Titus 3:5). Furthermore, by His mercy He enlists us in His service. "And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy" (1 Timothy 1:12-13). Our ministry is also about grace. "I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me" (Ephesians 3:7).
In light of having this type of ministry (one related to mercy and grace), "we do not lose heart." If we were called to serve God based on our merit and our resources, we would lose heart. We can periodically be tempted to discouragement, as we serve our God. Paul's testimony of service is similar to many of God's servants down through the ages. "For indeed, when we came to Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side. Outside were conflicts, inside were fears" (2 Corinthians 7:5). At times, we too are surrounded by impossibilities and threatened by apprehensions. What are we to do in such unsettling trials? "For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls" (Hebrews 12:3). No one faced more battles and betrayals than the Lord Jesus. Yet, no one served more faithfully. In battle after battle, the Father brought Jesus through victoriously. We can count on the Lord to have mercy upon us. He will pour out His grace upon us and bring us through victoriously as well.
Remember, our service of the Lord is based upon mercy and grace. "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16).
O God of mercy and grace, You know how discouragement sometimes rolls over me like crashing waves. Please remind me that my service unto You depends on Your mercy and grace, not on my capabilities or performance. Thank You, Lord!

Morning Reading
Charles Haddon Spurgeon
May 14th Morning Reading
"Joint heirs with Christ." — Romans 8:17
The boundless realms of His Father's universe are Christ's by prescriptive right. As "heir of all things," He is the sole proprietor of the vast creation of God, and He has admitted us to claim the whole as ours, by virtue of that deed of joint-heir-ship which the Lord hath ratified with His chosen people. The golden streets of paradise, the pearly gates, the river of life, the transcendent bliss, and the unutterable glory, are, by our blessed Lord, made over to us for our everlasting possession. All that He has He shares with His people. The crown royal He has placed upon the head of His Church, appointing her a kingdom, and calling her sons a royal priesthood, a generation of priests and kings. He uncrowned Himself that we might have a coronation of glory; He would not sit upon His own throne until He had procured a place upon it for all who overcome by His blood. Crown the head and the whole body shares the honour. Behold here the reward of every Christian conqueror! Christ's throne, crown, sceptre, palace, treasure, robes, heritage, are yours. Far superior to the jealousy, selfishness, and greed, which admit of no participation of their advantages, Christ deems His happiness completed by His people sharing it. "The glory which thou gavest me have I given them." "These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full." The smiles of His Father are all the sweeter to Him, because His people share them. The honours of His kingdom are more pleasing, because His people appear with Him in glory. More valuable to Him are His conquests, since they have taught His people to overcome. He delights in His throne, because on it there is a place for them. He rejoices in His royal robes, since over them His skirts are spread. He delights the more in His joy, because He calls them to enter into it.

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. Reflection
One of the most intimate relationships God created can be found between a parent and a child. Parents naturally find satisfaction and enjoyment in nurturing and loving their children daily. As believers, we have the incredible privilege to share that same cherished relationship with our Creator. He is our loving Father who tends to our every need and longs for us to be near Him. This remarkable privilege is only attainable by faith in Jesus Christ who destroyed the separation between man and God with His blood. Through the beautiful gift of Christ, we are given the excellent honour of the title, "the sons of God," and given a place in the heavenlies.

Day By Day By Grace Bob Hoekstra May 12th Liberty by the Holy Spirit
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17)
As we have seen, the old covenant of law produces spiritual bondage in those who attempt to live under it. The remedy for that bondage is the new covenant of grace, because it produces spiritual liberty. This liberty is a work of the Holy Spirit. "Now the Lord is the Spirit." The life-giving Lord of grace is the Spirit of God: "the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life" (2 Corinthians 3:6).
Living by rules and regulations ("of the letter") has a deadening, binding spiritual effect on people. This is how the Pharisees "ministered." "For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men's shoulders" (Matthew 23:4). Jesus came to liberate people, to set them free. This is why Jesus ministered by the Holy Spirit. "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed" (Luke 4:18). As Jesus, the Son of God, humbly served the Father, the Holy Spirit empowered Him to rescue captives, to release the oppressed.
Rescuing people from sin and unrighteousness is the fundamental, liberating work of Jesus. "And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness" (Romans 6:18). Now, we are free to grow in a life of righteousness. Our new-found freedom is not for personal indulgence. It is for service of the Lord. "As free, yet not using your liberty as a cloak for vice, but as servants of God" (1 Peter 2:16). Now that we are free, we can use our freedom to lovingly minister to others. "For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another" (Galatians 5:13).
Another wonder of Christ's rescuing, liberating work is that He wants to save us from self-dependent striving to develop a life of godliness and loving service. He accomplishes this by the work of the Holy Spirit. "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death" (Romans 8:2). As we walk in humble dependence, the Holy Spirit imparts to us the life that is in Christ Jesus. This liberates us from the tendency to rely upon fleshly human resources, which are inadequate (due to sin and spiritual deadness).
Dear God of all spiritual liberation, I praise You for setting me free from sin and the service of self. Now I ask You to work in and through me by Your Holy Spirit, setting me free from self-striving in my service of You, in Jesus' name, Amen.
Well that's what i got from Blue Letter Bible. One paragraph hit me well other than that my mind wandered....really think A>D>D> RUNS in me and my girls!
Pray for us as we all have voids in our hearts! the girls is for the love and attention of their father. Mine? I am not sure! relationship Yes! him, i don't think so. i still have that silly guilt thing going on though! WHY?
PRAISE GOD!!!!
He is so into me! and Providing for me!! He just had my bestest friend call me as i was balling my eyes out and she asked if i was ditchin' I said I"M CRYIN" she went on with the reason of her call, allowed me to whine a bit, (WE both Hate Whiners!)
said stop whinin' and get with it we hung up and it's all good!
Have a blessed day!

QUESTIONS
ONCE
How many times has that One Soul Mate been Found just to be Thrown away by ego?
I don't think i am talking about myself here. This link was recently placed before my eyes and i wondered ?? How often do We as People make a mistake because of our Pride/Ego and never go back and fix it?
This thought comes as just a few moments ago i heard a sermon on the radio and said, "i have already heard this, Lord what am I suppose to be getting from this?" It was about Adam and Eve, being deceived by satan and/or just submissively doing something we know is wrong.
Wow for some reason that hits harder typing it than when listening to it. WHAT Pray Tell is my lesson?
In reality as i listened further to the sermon (can't use lesson because i seem to be lost) i realize it's not the same sermon/lesson i thought i had just heard the day before. Does this show signs of Narrow Mindedness?
Why Am I so Complex? Why do i Always ask myself questions that I can't answer? Why do i even type here knowing I am the only one who reads this? WHY? Why so many questions?
Just need His Word as this has started as a difficult day.........
Why do i cry all the time ? I have never known myself as a whiner, crier ! These small questions/thoughts have brought swelling of the eyes again. This is JUST RIDUNKULOUS!! (middle child's words i have just stolen!)

As we know Jesus better, his divine power gives us everything we need for living a godly life. He has called us to receive his own glory and goodness!
2Pe 1:4
And by that same mighty power, he has given us all of his rich and wonderful promises. He has promised that you will escape the decadence all around you caused by evil desires and that you will share in his divine nature.
(2 Peter 1:3-4 - Daily Promise)
Proverbs 8:17
I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Reflection:
Take heart, O blessed body of Christ! The Lord your God has rewarded your diligent search. He has shown Himself to you. You are granted sight of things unseen—you are granted sight of Christ Himself! Christ, the son of the morning! Christ, the eschatological Lamb! Christ, the fulfilment of all the history redemptive! Glory in Him, O congregation of all believers! For in Him consists your new life, your righteous standing, your power to sanctification, and your promise to heavenly rest! In Him consists all things (Colossians 1:17) and it is to Him that you ought be conformed! So give glory evermore: holy, holy, and surely, holy!
So I use Blue Letter Bible because i hate to read and it helps me not "Pick up a Book" and I can read a smaller portion at a time. POINT....., on this site they also offer commentary on selected "promise" "grace" daily scriptures.
So when i got what i thought was the daily reading, i didnt see a commentary/REFLECTION. so i double backed and clicked on daily again and this Proverb was given to me! I thought WOW My God is an awesome God~ Hey isn't that my ALL TIME Favorite Song! Guess what the song is for today!!! ? !!!
So BE it! AMEN and AMEN!!!

He Loves YOU
Isaiah 49:10
They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.
Reflection:
God's people have been restored to resurrection life! No longer do we hunger or thirst for we feast upon the bread of life and drink freely of the river of life! No longer do we wander afflicted in desolate wilderness for we have entered in to edenic and heavenly rest! Ever will the Lord lead us into righteousness for He has granted us the promise of His Spirit who will guide us into every good work! Praise the Lord for His restoration! Praise the Lord for His gift of new life!
Isn't this so true? When we are one with the Spirit everything falls into place without fear or regret. I have remembered to "Want What I Get" and just those 4 small words change my world as i see it.
Let's Praise the Lord. (I haven't been listening to much today so let's see what He gives us)
Well the first song that came on is Casting Crowns~ Here I Go Again
This song has been heavy on my heart. Going to a Disciple Class and being stretched and challenged to SPREAD THE WORD, we are commanded by Christ to do this, but i don't easily obey this command, which i think is probably SIN and although i "Boast" about being a Christian, what do I really do to Bring Someone To HIM? so the link....Dared to Move!
You Know, when i think of how much Peace i experience, i should want to share that with others so that they can experience the many blessings waiting for them. I have experienced Countless Blessings, and seen Miracles beyond measure. Could it be that my keeping a secret such as this hurts another being? I have always thought that GOD will not let His Plan Fail. He will use someone else. Isn't that really a cop out? Pray that i will be Blessed with HIS Confidence and Guidence to Spread the Word and tell Them that He Loves THEM.

"what does that make me?"
May 5th
Evening Reading "He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he." — Proverbs 16:20
Wisdom is man's true strength; and, under its guidance, he best accomplishes the ends of his being. Wisely handling the matter of life gives to man the richest enjoyment, and presents the noblest occupation for his powers; hence by it he finds good in the fullest sense. Without wisdom, man is as the wild ass's colt, running hither and thither, wasting strength which might be profitably employed. Wisdom is the compass by which man is to steer across the trackless waste of life; without it he is a derelict vessel, the sport of winds and waves. A man must be prudent in such a world as this, or he will find no good, but be betrayed into unnumbered ills. The pilgrim will sorely wound his feet among the briers of the wood of life if he do not pick his steps with the utmost caution. He who is in a wilderness infested with robber bands must handle matters wisely if he would journey safely. If, trained by the Great Teacher, we follow where He leads, we shall find good, even while in this dark abode; there are celestial fruits to be gathered this side of Eden's bowers, and songs of paradise to be sung amid the groves of earth. But where shall this wisdom be found? Many have dreamed of it, but have not possessed it. Where shall we learn it? Let us listen to the voice of the Lord, for He hath declared the secret; He hath revealed to the sons of men wherein true wisdom lieth, and we have it in the text, "Whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he." The true way to handle a matter wisely is to trust in the Lord. This is the sure clue to the most intricate labyrinths of life, follow it and find eternal bliss. He who trusts in the Lord has a diploma for wisdom granted by inspiration: happy is he now, and happier shall he be above. Lord, in this sweet eventide walk with me in the garden, and teach me the wisdom of faith.
The First Song that plays as i start is "Everything Glorious" David Crowder (also pictured with Chris below) As i read the verse above ....and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he." — Proverbs 16:20 The song started and I thought Of course this is the Song for the Thought of the Evening! (i think i have used this you tube b4 but it's worth the beauty again) But then the next song that came on "...Neverending..." i thought OH it's a 2 song night
OH well, should i do something PERSONAL tonight? Not Sure...mom always said "When in doubt don't" there you go. Why did i think of Big Fat Greek Wedding? Good Night

a Daily Promise
Psalm 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
(NIV-I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;I will counsel you and watch over you)
Reflection
God promises to instruct His children into every righteous path. He sent us His very Spirit to guide us in His ways. God cares for us beyond measure imaginable and His Spirit will be faithful to illuminate the glorious treasures of His truth. Ask God to teach you. Ask God to make you teachable. He shall faithfully do both! And by your growth God will use you to edify others in the body of Christ!
So true! what song today? a few have been for front so i will ask for HIS Guidance. i thought Chris Tomlin would be good I was talking about him earlier so google gave me a picture, and the song. the link for You Tube is highlighted I've seen this, or something very similar on TV. Chris was honored this year at the Dove Awards for Best Gospel Recorded Song for "How Great is Our God" and Special Event Album of the Year for his involvement on Passion: God of This City. Chris and the band, additionally accompanied by Christy Nockels, also performed "I Will Rise" on the nationally televised broadcast, which can be seen re-airing this spring on the Gospel Music Channel.

Praising Him Completes my Joy in Him
Awesome day yesterday. Everywhere i turned Blessings from God Showered me! Praise Him for He is Good All the Time. Where are we?
1 Corinthians 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
Reflection
O but the power of grace in the New Covenant is great! Under the Mosaic Covenant, God's people had to cut themselves off from the unbelieving and the foreign wife made the Israelite husband unclean (Ezra 10:2-3). Yet now, the grace of God works so powerfully through the Christian covenant that the Lord ordains his grace will actually work through the believing spouse to the sanctification of the unbelieving!
Okay, there is a lesson here for me. I am not sure i want to see it, as i am almost blank when i read it. Didn't want to post it. Then i thought my plan is not for this page. Its all about HIM. so He always Blesses His Plan, I want His Will in my life, therefore i will want what i get because He is Almighty and Powerful, All knowing and Loves me! His Grace is sufficient. I Praise the Lord for My Children are Blessed and He Covers them with Protection and Blesses me by watching over them!
I lift up those woman and men who's spouses are not on the same spiritual page. I pray Lord for YOU to waken the hearts of those who need to be drawn closer to you!
Bless the spouses' that walk honestly with you and continue to bless them so abundantly that they have the strength to carry on in You and for their Marriage to stay Strong and Alive; Full of Loving Actions to one another and a Hedge of Protection to keep them IN LOVE with each other. AMEN

TOO much going on in one head
I have had many thoughts that i need to be journalling again, more importantly daily devotionals with my GOD!
But many thoughts are rambling and not sure which ONE i am to focus on; So being me i don't do anything for fear of choosing the wrong one.
Let's list some things:
Mr. L moved back to CA~ good thing? better for girls? too many thoughts already.
Work! I love it but above what did i say? "But many thoughts are rambling and not sure which ONE i am to focus on; So being me i don't do anything for fear of choosing the wrong one."
scary
Compassion~ im not, and need to be?
Lonely but not alone??
Family, sister, brother, mom, sibling rivalry why?
Friends? where?
GOALS! to many where to start.
so much more and then GOD in His all knowing ways sends people into my life and tells me to make Goals. Don't you have to know what you want first~ I feel like a kid still in Kindergarten. Equals my writing and spelling capabilities anyway. Oh i'm just a bad typest that's it. LOL I still crack myself up though!
Live and let live?
So give me a verse oh Lord! Fill me with Your Spirit and Let Your Joy and Peace Reign in my life again!
So i go to a devoitonal page and it's JOB, Why is it always Job? Another million thoughts. (A.D.D. i think) well lets see what the commentator says....
"I know that my Redeemer liveth." — Job 19:25
The marrow of Job's comfort lies in that little word "My"--"My Redeemer," and in the fact that the Redeemer lives. Oh! to get hold of a living Christ. We must get a property in Him before we can enjoy Him. What is gold in the mine to me? Men are beggars in Peru, and beg their bread in California. It is gold in my purse which will satisfy my necessities, by purchasing the bread I need. So a Redeemer who does not redeem me, an avenger who will never stand up for my blood, of what avail were such? Rest not content until by faith you can say "Yes, I cast myself upon my living Lord; and He is mine." It may be you hold Him with a feeble hand; you half think it presumption to say, "He lives as my Redeemer;" yet, remember if you have but faith as a grain of mustard seed, that little faith entitles you to say it. But there is also another word here, expressive of Job's strong confidence, "I know." To say, "I hope so, I trust so" is comfortable; and there are thousands in the fold of Jesus who hardly ever get much further. But to reach the essence of consolation you must say, "I know." Ifs, buts, and perhapses, are sure murderers of peace and comfort. Doubts are dreary things in times of sorrow. Like wasps they sting the soul! If I have any suspicion that Christ is not mine, then there is vinegar mingled with the gall of death; but if I know that Jesus lives for me, then darkness is not dark: even the night is light about me. Surely if Job, in those ages before the coming and advent of Christ, could say, "I know," we should not speak less positively. God forbid that our positiveness should be presumption. Let us see that our evidences are right, lest we build upon an ungrounded hope; and then let us not be satisfied with the mere foundation, for it is from the upper rooms that we get the widest prospect. A living Redeemer, truly mine, is joy unspeakable.
Okay a few things hit. but i got stuck for a moment on the mustard seed.
I am a Woman of Faith, No doubt until i doubt of course.
But the whole Mustard Seed Faith, to me, is more about the tiniest of seeds grows without thought, blooms without worry, provides without care of being "Mine", and doesn't it grow to a large tree(?). That is BIG Faith not little faith. So am I a woman of Faith? Yes! But i must remember to put my faith in HIM as i have been lately focusing on ME which doesn't allow HIS Faith to Bloom/Blossom, grow.....u know
Another soul has told me multiple times lately that they look at me and see HIS FAITHFULNESS in me. Yes i am blessed many times over! and i Pray to turn every blessing back to Praise; But the key word again is HIS Faithfullness and my ability to be Faithful not just to Him in return but to HAVE Complete Faith in HIM and to Stand in HIM. I keep telling myself that i do stand in Him and haven't stopped. Why then do i have so many questions? Why am i not moving? O the song just came to me .....

As she slips in
Trying to fade into the faces
The girls' teasing laughter is carrying farther than they know
Farther than they know
CHORUS
But if we are the Body
Why aren't His arms reaching
Why aren't His hands healing
Why aren't His words teaching
And if we are the Body
Why aren't His feet going
Why is His love not showing them there is a way
There is a way
A traveler is far away from home
He sheds his coat
And quietly sinks into the back row
The weight of their judgmental glances tells him that his chances
Are better out on the road
CHORUS
But if we are the Body
Why aren't His arms reaching
Why aren't His hands healing
Why aren't His words teaching
And if we are the Body
Why aren't His feet going
Why is His love not showing them there is a way
Jesus paid much too high a price
For us to pick and choose who should come
And we are the Body of Christ
Chorus (2x)
If we are the body
Why aren't His arms reaching
Why aren't His hands healing
Why aren't His words teaching
And if we are the body
Why aren't His feet going
Why is His love not showing them there is a way
Jesus is the way
Wow Did i not just say that He is sending people to me? He is teaching but am I learning?

LET ME FADE AND ALLOW YOU TO TAKE OVER ~ AGAIN
Jeremy Camp Sings "Let it Fade" Let this be my prayer, and all who read it as well.
Have you been walking on a surface that's uncertain?
Have you helped yourself to everything that's empty? yeah!
You can't live this way too long.
There's more than this, more than this.
Have you been standing on your own feet too long?
Have you been looking for a place where you belong?
You can rest, you will find rest.
You can rest, you will find rest.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade.
Let this new life offer be your saving grace.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade, let it fade.
Have you been holding on to what this world has offered?
Have you been giving in to all these masquerades?
It will be gone, forever gone.
It will be gone, it will be gone
Let this old life crumble, let it fade.
Let this new life offer be your saving grace.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade, let it fade.
Let it fade.
Are you carrying the weight too much?, are you running from the call?
Let it fade, Oh yeah.
You can rest, you will find rest.
You can rest you will find rest.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade.
Let this new life offered be your saving grace.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade, let it fade.
Let this old life crumble, let it fade.
Have you been standing on your own feet too long?
Have you been looking for a place where you belong?
I was recently blessed with the opportunity to see Jeremy Camp (and 4 other groups for only $10)
His smile was so true and honest, his eyes sparkled with love. He has grown so much in the Lord since the first time i saw him and he was still morning over the death of his young bride. I thought of how true is Love for the Lord was and it shined through him and how i had lost the glow lately, or so it would seem. Falling back into old ways and forgetting to give my devotion to HIM and He will Turn All thing for His Glory. I have had to ask others to pray for me and I thank those who are faithful in that! as i look back i have much harder times in the last year than i have had in the past couple of weeks and i could smile and praise HIM and Trust HIM, THOROUGHLY Trust Him and feel His Joy and Peace. So what is the difference? I believe SELF. I am trying to do it on my own instead of Leaning or STANDING in HIM. My eyes were drawn up and focused directly on the line that asks "Have you been standing on your own feet too long?" there is that Spirit again. Again i am thankful for those faithful prayer warriors, BUT i am reminded that I need to be the Prayer Warrior He has taught me to be. Enough said? So many thoughts have been racing through my head and yet i guess they are just for me and not to be shared, yet i yearn to let it out. PRAYER oh the Word of Course!
John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Reflection
How wonderful the assurance that God will in nowise spurn our manifest love and affection! With human lovers, we always risk rejection, but with God, we who believe are given the certainty that all who adore Him will be adored in return. And of course we must be so adored! We only come to love God as we do because he first loved us. Praise be to our compassionate Father that there is no unrequited affection in His kingdom!
Jesus Christ, Our Great High Priest
Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:14-16)
Jesus as our High Priest is one of the magnificent truths that matures us in the faith and draws us more intimately to Him. When we see the greatness of Jesus in this role, our steadfastness is strengthened. "Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession." Jesus was completely successful in His mission of redemption. He came and died as the sacrifice for our sins. He rose victorious over sin and death. He ascended to heaven, seated in authority at the right hand of the Father. Knowing this, we have great cause to remain steadfast in our confession of hope in Him.
Furthermore, our great High Priest is able to understand our needs and express compassion toward our frailties. "For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses." The enemy of our souls threw all of his tempting devices at Jesus. Our Lord faced what we face (and more), so He understands our battles in a very personal manner. Another matter of even greater significance is that He never yielded to the tempter's attacks: "yet without sin." Thus, He not only understands our plight, but He can also provide us victory.
We are hereby given reason to approach God through our great High Priest. We can come without hesitation or apprehension to find the help we need. "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." Our God rules this universe from a throne characterized by grace. This grace can only be properly known by those who live under His new covenant of grace. This grace is sufficient to justify and to sanctify all who humbly trust in the Lord. The grace offered here is not for initial salvation. Rather, it is for rescuing the redeemed when they humbly acknowledge their inadequacy. We are invited to draw near, approach our God in an intimate fashion, and partake of His fullness in light of our emptiness.
Dear Jesus, my great High Priest, I extol You for Your greatness. You are great in understanding, compassion, victory, and grace. Lord, I have so many great needs in my life. So I draw near to You, anticipating that Your grace is fully sufficient to meet my lack, Amen.
AND AMEN! ENOUGH SAID I LOVE YOU LORD THANK YOU NOT JUST FOR DYING ON THE CROSS BUT FOR YOUR RESURRECTION SO THAT I MAY FELLOWSHIP WITH YOU AND THE FATHER THRU THE SPIRIT

Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2 I will say [fn] of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
Psa 91:3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.
Psa 91:4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
Psa 91:5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
Psa 91:6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
Psa 91:7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
Psa 91:8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
Psa 91:9 If you make the Most High your dwelling-- even the Lord, who is my refuge-- Psa 91:10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
Psa 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
Psa 91:12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
Psa 91:14 "Because he loves me," says the Lord, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
Psa 91:15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
Psa 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."
Today's Promise from the Bible Nahum 1:7 The LORD [is] good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. Reflection
My prayer: Lord, You are so good to Your children! You have shown us the utmost tenderness and grace as You hold us in Your mighty hand. It is such a wonderful honor to be called Your people as we take delight in Your sanctuary. Thank You for Your mercy and abounding love for us!
Sonicflood - Shelter (You Are My Refuge) lyrics.....
You will never change
You stay the same
You are my hope of glory
I will never have to be afraid
Through the course of time
And all my life
You've been my place of shelter
Here beneath your love I will remain
I will sing that,
You are my refuge
In you alone I place my trust
Here in the shadow of your wings
You are my refuge
The maker of the stars above
Still you make your home inside of me
You shelter me
Wa ooo wa ooo
You shelter me
Wa ooo wa ooo
Wa ooo wa ooo wa ooo
You are lord of all
My mind recalls
The times that you've been faithful
Now I know your love is here to stay
Through the course of time
And all my life
You've been my place of shelter
Here beneath your love I will remain

Be a Peacemaker! and Enjoy the Blessings!
I took more than 7 years of praying for Peace. HIS Peace... And each time i think i have gotten it, i find that i still need to stop and focus on Him yet again or still to keep His Peace in my life! Praise God for His Peace as i am experiencing it again! and Peace is beginning to reign in my home too! So when i read the follow verse, I thought what a blessing it IS to be a parent and teach siblings to be at Peace. The past few days have been joyful and i have experienced Harmony and Unity in my girls! Praise God for He is Good All the Time! I thank You Lord for calling me your child! Thank you for Your Patience and for training me to be a Peacemaker even through what i thought was the hardest of times! I Love You Lord and I need You Lord! Come and Blow Wind of GOD!
"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." — Matthew 5:9
This is the seventh of the beatitudes: and seven was the number of perfection among the Hebrews. It may be that the Saviour placed the peacemaker the seventh upon the list because he most nearly approaches the perfect man in Christ Jesus. He who would have perfect blessedness, so far as it can be enjoyed on earth, must attain to this seventh benediction, and become a peacemaker. There is a significance also in the position of the text. The verse which precedes it speaks of the blessedness of "the pure in heart: for they shall see God." It is well to understand that we are to be "first pure, then peaceable." Our peaceableness is never to be a compact with sin, or toleration of evil. We must set our faces like flints against everything which is contrary to God and His holiness: purity being in our souls a settled matter, we can go on to peaceableness. Not less does the verse that follows seem to have been put there on purpose. However peaceable we may be in this world, yet we shall be misrepresented and misunderstood: and no marvel, for even the Prince of Peace, by His very peacefulness, brought fire upon the earth. He Himself, though He loved mankind, and did no ill, was "despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief." Lest, therefore, the peaceable in heart should be surprised when they meet with enemies, it is added in the following verse, "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Thus, the peacemakers are not only pronounced to be blessed, but they are compassed about with blessings. Lord, give us grace to climb to this seventh beatitude! Purify our minds that we may be "first pure, then peaceable," and fortify our souls, that our peaceableness may not lead us into cowardice and despair, when for Thy sake we are persecuted.

YOU ARE GOD ALONE
Today's Promise from the Bible 1 John 2:12 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. Reflection
Due the majestic name of Christ, we have admittance to the glorious throne of God. For those who believe, we have been called His children and brought out of this evil world to a new life in Jesus Christ. His greatness leaves us speechless as we observe His mighty hand over all things, both on earth and in heaven. It is because of the powerful name of Christ we stand in awe of His glorious splendor.
BECAUSE I'M FORGIVEN (
There's a reason why I bring
You this simple offering
Pouring out my love to You
And though my heart cannot express
All this joy and gratefulness
Still I sing this song of love and thanks and praise.
It's because I'm forgiven
It's because I'm free
It's because You've shown my mercy and You believed in me
It's because You're my Savior
It's because You're my friend
And Your love it lifts me higher than I've ever been.
Oh the wonder of Your ways
Oh the measure of Your grace
Greater than my heart can know
So how could I not celebrate
How could I not bless Your name
Singing out a song of love and thanks and praise.
You Are God Alone
You are not a god
Created by human hands
You are not a god
Dependant on any mortal man
You are not a god
In need of anything we can give
By Your plan, that’s just the way it is
You are God alone
From before time began
You were on Your throne
Your are God alone
And right now
In the good times and bad
You are on Your throne
You are God alone
You’re the only God
Whose power none can contend
You’re the only God
Whose name and praise will never end
You’re the only God
Who’s worthy of everything we can give
You are God
And that’s just the way it is
Unchangeable
Unshakable
Unstoppable
That’s what You are
Due the majestic name of Christ, we have admittance to the glorious throne of God. For those who believe, we have been called His children and brought out of this evil world to a new life in Jesus Christ. It's because I'm forgiven
It's because I'm free
It's because You've shown my mercy and You believed in me
It's because You're my Savior
It's because You're my friend
And Your love it lifts me higher than I've ever been.
Oh the wonder of Your ways
Oh the measure of Your grace
Greater than my heart can know
So how could I not celebrate
How could I not bless Your name
Singing out a song of love and thanks and praise.
You Are God Alone
You are not a god
Created by human hands
You are not a god
Dependant on any mortal man
You are not a god
In need of anything we can give
By Your plan, that’s just the way it is
You are God alone
From before time began
You were on Your throne
Your are God alone
And right now
In the good times and bad
You are on Your throne
You are God alone
You’re the only God
Whose power none can contend
You’re the only God
Whose name and praise will never end
You’re the only God
Who’s worthy of everything we can give
You are God
And that’s just the way it is
Unchangeable
Unshakable
Unstoppable
That’s what You are

Here I Am To Worship
Here I Am To Worship Lyrics
Charles Haddon Spurgeon March 9th
Morning Reading "Yea, He is altogether lovely." — Song 5:16
The superlative beauty of Jesus is all-attracting; it is not so much to be admired as to be loved. He is more than pleasant and fair, He is lovely. Surely the people of God can fully justify the use of this golden word, for He is the object of their warmest love, a love founded on the intrinsic excellence of His person, the complete perfection of His charms. Look, O disciples of Jesus, to your Master's lips, and say, "Are they not most sweet?" Do not His words cause your hearts to burn within you as He talks with you by the way? Ye worshippers of Immanuel, look up to His head of much fine gold, and tell me, are not His thoughts precious unto you? Is not your adoration sweetened with affection as ye humbly bow before that countenance which is as Lebanon, excellent as the cedars? Is there not a charm in His every feature, and is not His whole person fragrant with such a savour of His good ointments, that therefore the virgins love Him? Is there one member of His glorious body which is not attractive?--one portion of His person which is not a fresh lodestone to our souls?--one office which is not a strong cord to bind your heart? Our love is not as a seal set upon His heart of love alone; it is fastened upon His arm of power also; nor is there a single part of Him upon which it does not fix itself. We anoint His whole person with the sweet spikenard of our fervent love. His whole life we would imitate; His whole character we would transcribe. In all other beings we see some lack, in Him there is all perfection. The best even of His favoured saints have had blots upon their garments and wrinkles upon their brows; He is nothing but loveliness. All earthly suns have their spots: the fair world itself hath its wilderness; we cannot love the whole of the most lovely thing; but Christ Jesus is gold without alloy--light without darkness--glory without cloud--"Yea, He is altogether lovely."
HERE I AM TO WORSHIP
Light of the world
You stepped down into darkness.
Opened my eyes, let me see.
Beauty that made this heart adore You
Hope of a life spent with You
Here I am to worship,
Here I am to bow down,
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy,
Altogether wonderful to me
King of all days
oh, so highly exalted
Glorious in heaven above
Humbly You came
To the earth You created
All for love's sake became poor
Here I am to worship,
Here I am to bow down,
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy,
Altogether wonderful to me
I'll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
I'll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
I'll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
I'll never know how much it cost
Here I am to worship,
Here I am to bow down,
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy,
Altogether wonderful to me
Here I am to worship,
Here I am to bow down,
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy,

Today's Promise of the Lord
Today's Promise from the Bible Haggai 2:4 Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I [am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts:
Reflection:
Ever does the Lord make His presence known to His people. His grace and mercy are abundant and evident. Our Lord is ubiquitous and such His ever-presence is our great and undying comfort. Never need we fear for He is there and ready to attend our needs.
Psalm 146:8 The LORD openeth [the eyes of] the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
Reflection:
Be comforted, O child of the Redeemer! The Lord will always be there for you. Your every need will be filled. Your every sorrow will be mourned. The Lord shall faithfully lift your head and strengthen you in your time of adversity. Lean on Him. Trust in Him. For He is worthy. And He will care for you.
I quick story of how true this is everyday; but hit a spot as just Thursday i was praying for a specific situation and within 1 hour God sent a helper; someone to encourage; who in turn, started praying and reaching out to the one how needs it the most!
Our God is a Faithful God!

Chris Tomlin - Awesome Is The Lord Most High
Great are You, Lord
Mighty in strength
You are faithful
You will ever be
We will praise You
All of our days
It's for Your glory
We offer everything
Raise your hands, all you nations
Shout to God all creation
How awesome is the Lord most high
Where You send us
God, we will go
You're the answer
We want the world to know
We will trust You
When You call our name
Where You lead us
We'll follow all the way
We will praise You together
For now and forever
How awesome is the Lord most high
Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
How awesome is the Lord most high
PRAISE GOD AMEN AND AMEN!!

HIS Promise
Isaiah 54:8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer. Reflection
Rejoice now and forevermore in the eternal covenant of peace bought by the Son of righteousness! God's compassion will last forever and His mercy to everlasting. Look to Him and embrace the heavenly hope promised to all His beloved children.
March 7th Morning Reading

"Have faith in God." — Mark 11:22
Faith is the foot of the soul by which it can march along the road of the commandments. Love can make the feet move more swiftly; but faith is the foot which carries the soul. Faith is the oil enabling the wheels of holy devotion and of earnest piety to move well; and without faith the wheels are taken from the chariot, and we drag heavily. With faith I can do all things; without faith I shall neither have the inclination nor the power to do anything in the service of God. If you would find the men who serve God the best, you must look for the men of the most faith. Little faith will save a man, but little faith cannot do great things for God. Poor Little-faith could not have fought "Apollyon;" it needed "Christian" to do that. Poor Little-faith could not have slain "Giant Despair;" it required "Great-heart's" arm to knock that monster down. Little faith will go to heaven most certainly, but it often has to hide itself in a nut-shell, and it frequently loses all but its jewels. Little-faith says, "It is a rough road, beset with sharp thorns, and full of dangers; I am afraid to go;" but Great-faith remembers the promise, "Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; as thy days, so shall thy strength be:" and so she boldly ventures. Little-faith stands desponding, mingling her tears with the flood; but Great-faith sings, "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:" and she fords the stream at once. Would you be comfortable and happy? Would you enjoy religion? Would you have the religion of cheerfulness and not that of gloom? Then "have faith in God." If you love darkness, and are satisfied to dwell in gloom and misery, then be content with little faith; but if you love the sunshine, and would sing songs of rejoicing, covet earnestly this best gift, "great faith."
WOW i like this!! It makes me think of my youngest; but then i remember not to look at others but myself first. Many times i have called myself a women of Faith, just to be shown that i was weak in an area of Faith. Although, not to boast, i can truly say without Faith I surely could not have suceeded these past 2 years! Moreover to say, Without HIM in my Life, I surely would have fainted away into a little shell. Praise Be to God, My Saviour, My Guide and Counselor for it IS because of HIS Faithfulness that i am a Women of Faith!
Rejoice now and forevermore in the eternal covenant of peace bought by the Son of righteousness! God's compassion will last forever and His mercy to everlasting. Look to Him and embrace the heavenly hope promised to all His beloved children.
