Words of Faith = Action of ??

Funny Story

Taking my youngest back home traffic was terrible, coming back could have been worse but but i stayed in a hotel instead.
I got Gas for 1.73 on the way there and 1.69 on the way back now the story........
i watched to see how much gas it took from yermo to mesquite add $5 to make there for the full fill up. 5 minutes past Baker i hear a beep. I look around thinking it came from outside. Middle child says "Gas?" i had just looked @ baker and gas was good had plenty to make Yermo. So what would a Woman of Faith do? Pray of course.
So i prayed not once but multiple times, "Thank you Lord for your provisions. I ask that i would make it to Yermo without having to get out of the car until i get to the station in yermo." "thank you Lord for the angels pushing me there so that i dont have to get out" enemy would say things like it's gonna be hot out there in the middle of no where and i would pray again "Thank you lord for your provisions, I know you will provide and i will make it to Yermo" back and forth for what i thought would be 30 miles i know i have enough gas for 30 miles. then i saw a sign saying 27 miles to Yermo....what!.... it was 30 miles 30 miles ago. on the red line now Lord Please!.....
okay next exit gas no, next exit gas Yes.........2.99 what i only have 5 miles left and i stopped and got out of my car, turned it off and put in $2,oo to equal .6 gallons LOL the needle didnt even move. still on the red empty line.
I got back in the car and immediately thought oh my goodness what did i just do?
I didn't allow God to bless me and i didn't trust in Him to provide for me.
Get back on the Freeway and the 2nd exit was the $1.63 gas. Of Course i get off still looking at the gas needle on the empty line. You can imagine at the price it was packed and i was waiting behind and elderly man with a cane comforted that i was at the station and even if i did run out of gas i was @ the station and could push if i had too. still watching the gas needle. the man motions to me that he was goin in, as if he would be a while, it was cool. no biggy. car still running and still watching the needle this man not only walked slow he took his time in the store/restroom. now my gas needle is above the red line and was watching the needle move up. I told my middle child LOOK! she did........the man finally comes out with a full bag of snacks and i can now see white line under the needle showing a gap above the empty red line. LOL look child it moved up even more. I didn't have to stop and get the 2.99 .6 gal gas. i could have saved it toward 1.5 gal gas instead. but no not me, ye of little faith. Goes to show That we think one thing and do another. Again i felt as if the spirit was saying to me, Have i not already shown you in many different ways that i am there for you. that i will not forsake you? Once again he has proven to me that He is more Faithful than i can ever be. PTL
